This is a South Dakota National park, and I for the life of me cannot remember the name of it. Anyways this was taken from the top of the hill and I beleive the view is just breath-taking.

Lol, nice picture - I think that place in is Custer State park *lives in South Dakota* ^^; It's a very nice shot and really does pretty much give a basic veiw of what the country is out here. :XD: Nice job!

Thank-you, and yes the name sounds familiar to me so I think thats it. South Dakota really is beautiful. I hope I have the opportunity to return there, its nice to be able to get away from city life for a while. Most of my youth group was going insane from all the farmland, though I didn't mind too much.

I have to agree it really is pretty country - I've only lived here since March but its a nice change of scenery from where I used to live. :XD: I agree the farmland does get kinda dull - but at least it's not as bad as out in the Eastern part of the state or in Nebraska, now thats some seriously dull landscape, especially Nebraska's sandhills.
